Villa Maphráaw was built and furnished in late 2007 to a very high standard, with 320sqm of internal floor space (650sqm total) and a 32sqm private infinity-edged pool. This villa is overlooked by no other!! Rarely will you find a villa which has 5 en-suite bedrooms!!! In addition, it boasts amazingly low rental rates, with the aim of maximum exposure.
